ControlForge 0.5.0 public pilot ================================ Availability ------------ This is a controlled staging pilot for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 or newer. It is not a general-availability or enterprise-SLA release. Release identity ---------------- Channel: staging Source commit: a5f3b6bd08ecf611d13507fe64a62094f6f0ccab Source dirty: false Account service: admin-staging.chanakyachowdary.in:443 Package SHA-256: d6eaf51fdeaa5e9d9997f3019645d0b33ee757095127a18d942da8e0b0685277 Package size: 14,776,985 bytes What changed ------------ - Delivery and action polling now use independent, persistent retry circuits. - Network failures are redacted before they reach status or spool records. - Raw Santa telemetry remains durable while unchanged control snapshots coalesce. - Each collection cycle has a bounded backlog flush limit. - The cloud service adds tenant and device ingestion budgets, a storage high-water stop, selective telemetry retention, bounded direct-D1 recovery, and atomic audit-coupled security mutations. Verified before publication --------------------------- - 563 Python tests passed with 88.98 percent coverage. - 123 Cloud Worker tests passed with 88.21 percent line coverage. - Developer ID Installer signature has a trusted timestamp. - Apple notarization submission 74bd0fc6-e79f-4619-a096-79d6eda4c202 was accepted. - The notarization ticket was stapled and validated. - Gatekeeper classified the package as accepted Notarized Developer ID. - The external release manifest matches the downloadable package. Important pilot boundaries -------------------------- - The package connects to the staging account service, not a production SLA. - A network administrator must provide an endpoint account. - Santa and its required macOS approvals remain separate prerequisites. - Clean-Mac install, reboot, upgrade, rollback, and uninstall acceptance is not yet complete. Start with a non-critical test Mac. - Automated containment remains fail-closed and is not enabled by this package. Verification ------------ Run these commands from the folder containing the downloaded package: shasum -a 256 ControlForge-0.5.0.pkg pkgutil --check-signature ControlForge-0.5.0.pkg xcrun stapler validate ControlForge-0.5.0.pkg spctl --assess --type install -vv ControlForge-0.5.0.pkg The measured SHA-256 must exactly equal the value above.
